Terms of Service
Version 2026-08
Who we are and what you accept
These terms govern the use of GDA360, operated by Mateo Toniolo, with registered address at Urquiza 2316, Santa Fe (3000), Provincia de Santa Fe, Argentina ("GDA360", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which complements these terms.
What the service is
GDA360 is a platform that sports organizations hire to run their tournaments: fixtures, live scores, standings, rosters, and communication with clubs and families.
Organizer workspaces are provisioned by our team for organizations that hire the service; there is no self-service organization sign-up. Creating a public account gives you spectator access: you can follow tournaments, teams and players.
Roles inside an organization (administration, coaching staff, refereeing, scorekeeping, guardians) are granted by that organization by invitation, and it is responsible for whom it invites.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. Data about children under 13 exists in the system only as records loaded by an organization, and a record for a child under 13 is not considered valid without a registered guardian who has given consent.
- Accounts are personal. Keep your password secret; what happens under your session is your responsibility until you tell us about unauthorized access.
- Register with truthful information. An account created to impersonate someone else will be removed.
Organizations' data and the competitive record
Each organization decides what it loads into its workspace and is responsible for that content, including having a lawful basis for loading its athletes’ data. We host it under their instructions.
Results, standings, sanctions and statistics of a played tournament are the record of the competition: they belong to the tournament and to everyone who took part, not to the account that typed them. That is why they survive the deletion of an account, without the name of whoever loaded them.
A tournament's public pages show what the organizer chooses to publish, including the event's sponsors.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to reach data the access control does not show you — in particular minors’ records, medical data, or a coaching staff’s internal notes.
- Do not use the service to collect other people’s data in an automated way.
- Do not interfere with the operation of the service or probe its security mechanisms.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. If a suspension affects your role in an organization, that organization is your first point of contact.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the Account tab, immediately and permanently. Your personal data is removed; the competitive record remains, without identifying you — the details are in the Privacy Policy.
If you are the only registered guardian of a child under 13, deletion is blocked until another adult takes over or the club archives the record.
Availability and changes to the service
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors, and we may modify or discontinue features. Faced with a security risk we may suspend the service in whole or in part for the duration of the contingency.
We do not guarantee data recovery after an incident: each organization is responsible for keeping its own official records outside the platform.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for sporting, disciplinary or administrative decisions organizations make using the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Province of Santa Fe, Argentina, and any dispute is submitted to its competent courts.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will publish the new version with its date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it; if a change is not acceptable to you, you can delete your account.
